About This
- Ideal for any cake recipe - Designed for cheesecakes, these pans are ideal for upside-down cakes, tiramisu, ice cream cakes and other specialty desserts where the top needs to be preserved. Simply push up the bottom to de-pan.
- Interior measures 12" x 3" (30.5 x 7.6 cm), overall 13" x 3" (33 x 7.6 cm). Capacity 11 cups (2602 ml) each.
- 16-Gauge Anodized Aluminum - Easy release and clean up. Safe for citrus-based foods unlike traditional bakeware. Will never rust, peel or flake. No extra metals, chemical additives, dyes, PFAS, CFC’s, PTFE’s or PFOA’s. Hand wash recommended.
