About This
- Flat perforated aluminium baking sheet for baking pastries, pastries, macaroons, cookies, pie bases and all types of sweet or savoury recipes such as pizzas, quiches... To be used with or without a pastry ring. No edges = optimised space for mats and baking sheets in particular.
- Made from 1.5 mm thick uncoated premium aluminium, which is a material used by professionals for its exceptional heat conduction, lightness and strength. Cooking is optimal, both fast and homogeneous.
- Crispy thanks to the perforation of the plates: the air circulates more easily, the dough is more golden, crispier.
